Conference paperwork deadlines
April conference
February 1
Submit all required paperwork by this date to receive credentials at the April conference.
September conference
August 1
Submit all required paperwork by this date to receive credentials at the September conference.
Allow 4–6 weeks for review
Send your completed paperwork in advance. If a deadline has passed or you have questions about your application, contact the office about your next steps.
